• The bucket is .1m3.
• 1m3 is roughly 1.5 tonne of dirt
• 10 bucket loads is approximately 1m3 or 1.5 tonne
• Work out your ‘turn around time’. Ie how long each bucket will take to load, travel to your dump site and return.
• Number of bucket loads X turn around time will give you an idea of how long those tonnes of dirt will need to disappear!
