It would be easy for U Kanga Do It to claim that our Kanga hire is 100% Australian. The next question may then be, ‘sure, but where are your machines manufactured and who owns that company?’ The answer to that is Australia and…Australia! Put that with our little business being Australian and you could make a chant out of that! (Aussie, Aussie, Aussie!)

We are in a world where you are hard pressed to know if your Bonds jocks are made overseas, or if Arnott biscuits are owned by Aussies and who actually makes money out of Vegemite? Who then really cares about kanga hire being Australian?! We’ll I’m guessing not many people. However, it does mean something positive especially in our current economic pressures on the manufacturing sector.
I’m no economist, but when a product is Australian owned and made it must benefit all of us indirectly. I found the following summary that helps us see how significant this Aussie owned and made factor is.
